Walnut Ridge once again received guests to enjoy a beautiful day in fun and service. Guests gathered and burned three large piles of cut asian bush honeysuckle, an invasive species. Brian Gandy, our independent forester was on hand to look through our current tree plantation and provide important guidance to improve the quality of tree growth. Although the invasives are a constant battle, it was nice to see "volunteer" trees growing in the tree planting. Guests took time to hike the trails and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature in spring.
